Inspired by Javier and Sergio Torres, our menu highlights superior quality, seasonal ingredients, as we see cuisine as something that is best experienced through the changing of the seasons. That is why talking about cuisine at our Dos Cielos Restaurant is like talking about grandmother Catalina, the eternal source of inspiration for the Torres brothers.
Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá
This a flagship hotel for Meliá, not only in Spain, but throughout the world. The Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá is inspired by the work of the renowned Spanish artist Velázquez.
